I do...it's called... "Reinstall Windows"....works every time! LOL! Or, get a Mac.

Make sure your Windows has the most recent updates. Their 'Malicious Software Removal Tools' are good for, at least, identifying viruses. If they don't remove them right-out, you can use the info to find a remedy via web search.

The virus does not even let me log into the computer. I get to the log-in screen, input my info and a couple of minutes later... I'm back at the log-in screen.
