    This is one of those places in the hobby where you just want to buy once. A quality unit is the only way to go. I have 2 less-than-quality units in the garage, and they are worthless. Bite the bullet and buy a unit from Buckeye (a sponsor).

    Gotta agree with Bill here (who's really surprised there ) -- buy quality, buy it once, and don't cut corners... Buckeye and AirWaterIce (both site sponsors) have great and proven units for affordable prices.. Go that route

    Bought a four stage unit right after I got married. It and my marriage have lasted for 10 years. Although, both are pretty expensive with the needed upkeep.
    I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.

    i bought a Buckeye but after i did all of the little up grades it was pretty costly ...280$ when i received it i was impressed on how it looked but it i had to replace two of the fittings because it kept leaking so i was kind of mad since i just paid what i paid but over all the product has been good to me ... my tds after just about a year was 2 but in the last week it went to 5-7
