    Hey, round is a shape too.

    I get a better high from weight training. Running has always been a chore. I'm not very good at it either although it's primarily a mind thing. 8 laps kill me at around 18 minutes but I shave two minutes off when I do the one mile out and return.

    I've got another pt test in April. Ugh. Interesting about the sapd standards. Especially the push ups. We used to do the fist thing, but we have booth females and males grading eachother so it doesn't really work out well. Our standard is that the upper arms must get parallel to the marching surface prior to returning to the upright starting position.

    The situps, I've been maxing those ever since I learned the secret on how to do them. The art is only to work fifty percent of the exercise then to relax.

    im eating flamin hots and spaghetti as i type this lol, im always outside though either fixin fences ridin horses checkin cows so it dont really catch up to me that much

    That's my favorite kind of fit.

    Hey JT since you are northeast you have easy access to some really nice parks/trails if you want to challenge yourself with varied terrain and less boring views than running through your neighborhood:
