That seems very complex... Since mobile phones usually have alot limits on what you can do... maybe try a VPN connection to the internet camera, if they even allow vpns on the droid

    Try this

1.- DMZ all ports in the router to camera's IP. ( this is the option in which all traffic is allowed to go through, all ports open.)

2.- type rtsp:// xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1026/1234 ( where: xxx= Public IP address, 1026= port for cell broadcast set in the camera's seup page and 1234 acces code in the same page.

3.- If no luck at first, try clearing the cache from teh phone and powercycling it then re-try.

You should be carefull as to use the public address for rtsp instead of you home network as you did. you can check you public address in the router's page or by going to http://whatismyipaddress.com/

    Good luck!!!

None of the above works. I've tried the IP cam program (full version) and i've tried to rtsp:// with my ip, port, and access code

yup, i already have a dyn dns account setup, everyone can access my reef cam remotely. my friend's iphone accessed it without any problems when we were at school

it's just the droid that wont work with it. i should have gotten the trendnet camera

hmm if it works on the iphone, there will probably be an app out for it soon. Maybe you should call the camera company and ask them if there is something in the works. Might be alot faster than searching on your phone.
