Default MY NEW FAV ROCK & OTHER GOODIES!!!

    Hello Everyone,

I had the chance to make a custom rock on Saturday at GC Reef, I took several (5) different $10 frags, popped them off their plugs, found a really cool piece of live rock, and glued them all on it! I was very happy with the end-result, even though I copied Karin and made sure to put alot of super glue on it, hoping nothing would EVER fall off, hence the white tint to some of the rock.

    Here is the rock:

I am also sharing some pics of my new ricordeas from GC Reef, my beautiful walking dendro from Gabe's. Squirt, my new Copperband Butterfly (he is such a cool fish), my wellyso and some other random shots...hope you enjoy!

Scorpino's Xmas Zoas, my favorite Zoa frag!!!

    Best,

    Michael Hensley

hey when did I become the queen of superglue? lol
I just lost a spider sponge for the second time in 160 pounds of rock. I might move up to staple gun pretty soon...

Love the little Duncans. They're one of my favorites.

Yeah, I think you mean the walking dendro, looks very much like a duncan, and he has the little worm that moves him around the tank...I spot feed the walking dendro mysis shrimp everyday, and it keeps him very happy and tentacles stretched out long! Definitely, one of my favs of the tank!

    Your superglue apprentice!

Thanks guys for the comments...I keep telling myself that I am finally at the point where I am going to chill for a while and let everything grow, so we will see! But, I believe I am the happiest I have ever been with my tank which is a surreal feeling!

    Best,

    Michael

Michael, let those zoas grow. You have ample space and within a year they should be all over the top of each other! I really do love those darn zoas too, they have made alot of people happy. What kind of blenny was that? Beware of the flametail blenny, looks much like a bicolor but likes to nip. You should look at the pics of my teardrop maxima so you know what you have to look forward to! It's hard to say no to corals but in the long run a well spaced tank makes for happy corals! Keep up the great job buddy...
