Once again Jason and his people are without equal. My mother bought a BC14 from another store, which will remain nameless, and have been trying for a while to get the hood and ballast replaced. I went ahead and purchased a new 14g hood, since that will make my LED project REAL easy, and Jason replaced the ballast for the cost of shipping. Not even his problem but he took care of it and did us right! Not to mention I got the problem resolved in a day as opposed to a couple months and still dragging out. A million thanks to the Aquarium Design team, you guys rock! Parker
