I found one of these in Rockport fishing lastyear, the water ws real clear and we were wade fishing and I collected about 20 or so hermit crabs and then spotted a clam somehow, and brought them home. Mine buried himself in the sand right away and lasted some time, but I think my Niger Trigger got ahold of him maybe cause I just found an empty shell lying in the tank one day.

So did you get some at the grocery store? Thats pretty cool . I never noticed live clams at the grocery store. I am going to look for them next time
