    Default jumping fish

So here is my problem: my (9") Achilles tang jump out of my 215 (brick) today, luckily the kids are on vacation, they picked him up and put him back in. I made a canopy for it over the weekend and going to set it today but the back is open.

Should I close the back with a screen of some type?

Any and all suggestions are welcome

We had the back of our canopy enclosed with egg-crate. It prevented our fish from jumping out..

If those ideas don't work I would try Egg-crate.

    Hey Richard,
Consider trying egg crate! Ok, seriously, though, this is one of my biggest pet peeves. At least he is in your brick, so he cannot jump up and flop himself up on the center brace to fry under your lights. That's the saddest. With a brick enclosed by canopy and egg crate in the back, he should have no place to go but to bounce back in the water.

I placed a 1" x 8" across the back, cut outs for fans and to run wires. I originally put the wood in place only to mount my T5 Ballasts, but in hindsight...

I hope your tang is doing well.
