Thanks guys, I havnt been on maast in a couple of days.

Monday/yesterday was my first day at Toyota. The higher Ups and people at Aerotek and Toyota are seem to be honest and sencere. Like they actually are glad to have you as a employee.

These last 2 days have been nothing but powerpoints and classes for 8hrs straight. Been a bit boring but we are learning a lot about Toyota as a company, safety, operations etc.... 2 weeks of Training.

They provide everything all safety gears, clothes/uniforms, nice steel toe boots etc...

This Thursday we get to play with legos all day, haha. Sorta of a little mock assembly line.

Vacations and holidays are AMAZING. 24 days of a years total. I get paid holiday off Dec 24-Jan3 (11days) PAID! The plant closes every Dec and July for several days. Always guaranteed overtime, and its based daily so at the end of everyday after 8hrs anything more is Time and a 1/2. If you have to work a Saturday the enite day is Time and a 1/2. Pretty cool.

Being that is is Toyota a Japanese company we are also learning several Japanese words.

    Anyways enough ranting....

I had thought of applying to Toyota, but after asking what they pay per hour, I was in a better position where I was at. I was told they pay $12 + to start an hour. Since I have this hobby to support, and oh ya, family too I had to back out. Want to own a Tundra someday though. Nice trucks.

    Copngrats Ray.
