if you build this tank, how much do you spend money?

can you tell me what do I need retune , powerheads ?

you can get that exact size tank from glass cages for about $700 drilled with overflows.

add $400 to have it shipped to SA or $100 to have it trucked to dallas or houston where you pick it up

then figure on 200+ lbs of liverock @ 3$ to 6$ per pound

add sump for around $500 give or take $200, skimmer $300+

return, if submersible, two mag 12s at $130 or so each, or an external pump for $200+

then consider a couple of large circulation pumps - brands/types will determine price.

What do you recommend g/h of return , and g/h of powerheads?

i would recommend 10X turnover per hour with the return and the internal doesnt have to be too much since you are going FOWLR - just needs to be enough to prevent no-flow areas were detritus can build up.
