no. actually i have too much rock now. i bought all the totoka rock i could find with the idea that i was going to be building a much larger system. but i have settled with a 30g display. so i wanted to use as much rock as i could, but it seems like too much right now. i will play with it a bit tomorrow and see what i come up with. here are some pics of what i got for now...

also, i haven't decided on how to setup my 40br that i am going to use as a sump in the pantry behing the tank. so for the time being all my gizmos are visible in the tank. i only plan on keeping my 'dry' goods and ballasts inside the stand.

That's some nice rock. It's definitely full.

yeah its a huge mound but full of crevices and holes that the mandarin can cruise through. still, i am going to be removing about 4 pieces to make it look more open and less bulky. i also have to make room for my clams. they are going to be in the front corner where the trumpets and duncans are.

for flow i will be using an mp20.

lighting will be a retro once i get the hood made to match the custom stand ace built. i plan on doing 5x24w. double blue+ / actinic combo with 1 procolor in the middle.

i am still trying to decide on the skimmer. right now i have a tunze 9010, but that is probably overkill, so i am selling it and looking for something more appropriate. probably the deltec ts1250. i really like that model and i can find it relatively cheap on reefcentral.

really that is it. i don't plan on going all crazy with mods and add-ons that aren't necessary. trying to keep it as simple as possible. i will be dosing two-part with an aqualifter, but that isn't too special.
