72" T5 fixture - SOLD - (how do I delete?)
SOLD
This fixture holds 4 80W T5 bulbs and sizing guidelines for this configuration are as follows:
soft coral tanks up to 160 gallons
mixed reef tanks up to 110 gallons
and SPS dominated tanks up to 80 gallons
I think it would be perfect for a 100 gallon mixed tank.
It's only 8 inches wide so it would also fit right next to another fixture if you have a tank larger than this.
It has (of course) individual German polished alu reflectors, two on/off switches and powercords to simulate dusk/dawn.
It is black and has adjustable legs to fit onto a 72" long (or less) tank
I'd be happy to take more pictures. It's a very nice, sleek looking light.
Basic set of bulbs included:
3 unknown brand bulbs (1 10K and 2 actinic) that were included when I bought the fixture and 1 Gieseman Aquablue (total of 4 bulbs) to get you a ready-to-use fixture.
You'll probably eventually want to get bulbs that fit your preferences better.
I paid $475 for this 6 months ago when I didn't realize how much I liked hard corals and clams. Asking $240.00 cash. REDUCED $230

Forgot to mention:
It also has blue LED moonlights along the whole length. The moon lights are dimable

I know what your thinking:
50% OFF for an almost new 6ft T5 fixture with bulbs - That's amazing! But I don't have a 100 gallon mixed reef tank (or a 160 gallon soft coral tank, or a large FO tank)
Just think of all the stuff you could get if you got yourself another big tank! And with so much saved on the lighting you totally could get a new used tank off craiglist! And all the future money you will save by not paying 40% more on electricity for a Metal Halide - it practically pays for your itself! Think about it... ;)
