400 watt se 15K or 20K bulbs

i finally got working ballasts again for the school coral prop tank, but do not have bulbs that look decent without actinic supplimentation. looking for a pair of 15K or 20K bulbs - old is fine. willing to trade for bulbs i have (i think they are 10K or 6500k)

What is the difference in the 15-20K bulbs is it just the color or the amount of light. The ones I have are very blue... too blue for me I would prefer more white light. I have 3 bulbs I can check the K when I get home.

yep, the higher the #K the more blue for the most part. the more blue, typically the less PAR from the bulb.
