    Default Updated tank pictures

Greetings all... it's been a while since I posted pictures, but the foam and rock are now all starting to blend together. The fish love the amount of hiding spaces, and for a first try I am pretty happy with how this tank is going. Unfortunately we (my wife and I) have decided that we did not go big enough (this one is 180G). We will eventually have to sell this tank and get a larger one. (Anybody want a setup? lol...)

I was able to get a lot of the powerheads concealed in the rock work. That has worked out well so far. In the front view picture there are actually 3 Koralia powerheads there, but *hopefully* you can only see one in the picture.

I have only had to remove a back wall panel once to rescue a fish, so I am pleased with that. I just finished my 4-bar t-5 lighting, and have 2 250w halides (the third has a burnt bulb). Working on my LED (for color adjustment and shimmer effect) and then the lighting will be done and I can finish the canopy.

Overall we just love having the tank. We are probably going to do another 45G seahorse tank now and say goodbye to all the fresh water fish. Hate to see them go, but it is hard to compete with saltwater!

Hope you can all get a sense of the setup from pictures. I am not a good photographer, so I just do my best. Thanks again to all the great folks here at MAAST who help out so much!

Nice tank. I have the same problem as you I wish would have gone with a 8x3 foot print. Maybe next time. Nice tank though.
