No, I would run them for more like 8hrs. a day, but I wouldnt go much longer than that due to heat issues unless you are running a chiller and then you could probably get a way with 9-10hrs. but 8 is the norm

My MH are on for 6 hours, and the supplemental VHO and PC 12hrs.

My T5's are on for 12 hrs my MH (dual 175's) are on for 10 hours a day. With using an oversized canopy and a cheap walmart fan (thanks Kevin!) I have no temp issues running my MH 10 hours.

8 hrs on my 12g nano, 70w MH, and 8 hrs on my 90g T-5's
90g mixed reef, 12g nano, 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 ferrets.
Driving the wife crazy.......PRICELESS.
