    Still playing with camera, but is a Canon XSi with either the canon 50mm macro, canon 100mm macro, or even the 18-55 kit lens. No flash. Custom white balance based on a white acrylic tile to keep colors correct as the eye sees them. No other software manipulations.

    good question, havent used them yet. Think someone told me around $20. Need to check.

    Overnight with 1030am delivery will vary depending on the box and weight but would be between $23 and $30 in most cases.

    Are you shooting handheld? ISO settings, etc?
