Saddleback Clown hosting in Toadstool

I had to separate my mated clownfish because the larger female was picking on the male after his eye was injured.I put him in my 12 gallo Nanocube to rest and recuparate.Everything is fine (lost the one eye),now he's hosting in a toadstool.Will this hurt/bother the coral?I don't see any damage to the toadstool but I don't want to lose it.Thanks for any help.

My female is still hosting a frogspawn I got at the last fragswap. The coral hasn't died, but I have noticed it hasn't really grown either. I think the clown constantly irritating it is causing it not to grow.
