    Default Best fragging techniques??

Just wanted to get a concensus on everyones techniques for fragging. My problem is fragging soft coral that has embedded into the liverock. SPS frags are pretty straightforward, but what is the best technique for fragging softies, mushrooms, ect.? I dont want to hurt the coral; but even if i can get a razor underneath the base, I am stuck gluing the coral directly (burning, slow growth, ect.)

Hammer didnt work last time I tried... Smashed the corals J/k, but seriously, I need some advice. I will check out the U-Tube video and go from there. Still open to suggestions.

For softies, just cut the coral of with a razor. Typically at the stalk. If you have a small frag tank, through some crushed coral on the bottom and let the coral attach to the crushed material. Then you have easy glueing to whatever you want. A small scale version of this is to put some crushed coral in a small dish or container. Put corals in, and cover with bridal vail. This is an option of you don't have a frag tank.

Thanks guys, the video references helped alot. Crushed coral and bridal vail seems like an easy route. There is alot of good videos that I am still looking through.
