I hope it rains also but i just hate the way alot of people drive while its raining or after it rains. Tariffic just gets so bad, yesterday IH-10 WEST, around 4:20, was packed from 410 to 1604 and it was just drizzling. I mean i can under stand people slowing down 5mph (i don't) but slowing down 10mph or more is just rediculous
