Default question for the koralia pro's

I have a k8 that is really way to much flow for my tank but was thinking and was wondering could I put a dimmer switch on it like the ones you use for regular lights in the house to turn this thing down or would this thing just quit moving all togeather? Thanks in advance

That's a good idea ,but i don't think it'd work cause the pump would require alot more power to operate than a household light. How about trade your K8 for some K4s or K3s with someone else. I don't K8s are are controllable type.

I hadn't thought of a household dimmer. It might work. the worse that could happen is it dies. They are under a warrenty then send it back to get it fixed then DON'T DO IT AGAIN
