Maybe an iodine or lugols dip. For now I would leave them alone. Moving them back and forth between tanks (especially without acclimating) is pretty rough on them. Give them a little time to relax and recover.

Like txav8r said a lugols dip may help with tissue repair, but I would leave them be for now so they can become less stressed. As was posted above you need to acclimate all corals/fish before placing them into a new tank to reduce stress associated from the move and make the transition easier for them.
thank you all for the advice !
i'll leave them be and hope for the best ..
i'll let you know how they are doing ..
Well, I'll disagree. Sorry I didn't see this earlier.
I like Lugos dipping. 5 drops in 1 liter of tank water, for 10 or 15 minutes. They really seem to "like" the lugols.

Bill has a TON more knowledge than me. I would follow his advice.
Just to follow up on this:
With torch/hammer/frogspawn, bubble corals and others that start to "jelly": There is some thought that damage to them makes them susceptible to infection and/or parasites. A regular (daily) dip in the Lugos as noted above, seems to really perk them up. Since it's in tank water, it's quick and easy to do, and fairly stress-free.

hope they recover, did you let them schrivle up before pulling them out of the water, if they don't release all the water it could tear their skin and cause that to happen too. good luck.
I would look up how to drip acclimate. I also move things around from tank to tank but I always drip acc. I've heard of adding vit c from the lfs to help heal corals after fraggin and boost fish defenses during illness(follow directions precisely).
