Default How to start a cleaner crew?

    All-
My 180G is still cycling (about two weeks now, amonia at 1, seems to have peaked at 2). My question is, how should I start the cleaner crew, and when?

I am anticipating that the cycling is done when I have had amonia, nitrite and nitrate readings, and all go to 0. Also, I am running lights while cycling... halides for about 3 hours a day, CFs for about 10 hours a day.

I am starting to get the algae growth on the seed rock, and coraline growth on the marco rocks. I was thinking of starting with a 6 Nassarius snails, 10 blue leg hermits, and a fighting konch.... but it just does not feel right.

I figured I better start planning this now so I am ready to go when the cycling ends in a month or so.

I like the Hawaiian Zebras and Scarlets for crabs. And the Chevron Tang is tops for Tangs that keep algaes in check.

I'm partial to Astrea and Nerite snails. They dont get as large as turbo's but still do a great job cleaning. Also you can get some pretty sweet ones that look like a ninja star and have jagged edges.
