So did u see the thread about donations where where they went. Do you have an answer? I'd like a list as would others. Or are u just worried about reading Pm's.....the last of your worries.

Just what is your problem? You really sound bitter...be very careful how you tell me that it is the last of my worries. I will gladly hand over the job of Treasurer to anyone that wants it. I do this because I enjoy MAAST...not to have someone stick a finger at me and try to preach. I do MY job...to a tee. And that is protect the Member's money.

I beg your pardon?? MY job as Treasurer has nothing to do with sponsor donations other than processing any monies that Sponsors may send...ANd that is on file. MY job as Treasurer has been to have EVERY $ and receipts accounted for. YOU and any other member are more than welcome to come and see my recordkeeping in processing members annual dues, paying bills, presenting annual reports to CPA, etc...I even keep a log for EVERY stamp I mail out...for exactly the reason you imply above. With "those" that want to know and cause the unnecessary childish games....it only hurts those that care about MAAST. It hurts ALL the members.

Honestly...I have nothing to do with Sponsorships...it's not part of my "volunteered" job...but I will not "play" your little game that you play. And no...MAAST doesn't need someone that acts and behaves this childish on this site as a Charter Member.

No there is no hiding here. Your sponsor know me. In fact I get the discount without the MAAST'ship causeI spend! But the sponsors pay and donate. If u think as bank keeper that is the end of your responsibilities I question you. You are treasurer! Show us the donations.How much they are where they went and who to. If you can't answer the above don't reply!

1st off:

Sherri does an excellent job as being Treasurer

2nd:

Sponsors deal with the Sponsorship Committee about monetary and equipment/gift card donations when joining. The Sponsorship Committe will have a better understanding on who has contributed what when becoming a sponsor. We will hopefully hear a response from the BOD and Sponsorship Committe regarding your questions after tomorrows meeting.

3rd:

This thread has done enough and is completely off track to what was originally posted. Feel free to PM me if you have an issue with it.

I apologize for apparently getting this thread off track. My intentions were clearing up the point that members PM's are not monitored. Which they aren't and can't be by BOD's.
