could i be able to put a clam there?

If anything, it would need to be something like a Derasa clam. But, I would assume, the stock lights are probably not enough unless you put the clam very, very high on the rocks (You would normally put a Derasa on the sand bed with MH lighting). Problem with the Deresa though is they get fairly large, but from what i've read they grow slow, so IMO you should be good for a while.
