    I believe that is a Auger snail

    its a snail that feeds on marine worms and can be carnivorous. They are venomous, they have a poison gland and harpoon like tooth that shoots out to catch their main prey (sea worms). I found quite a few on the beach, they are reef safe though as far as not touching any corals ...but bristle worms beware!! lol
