    Default I want a refugium...

I want a refugium darn it!! The problem is that my sump is not big enough to hold a refugium and my skimmer. I was wondering if anyone had any luck with an in tank refugium? I've had my eye on one at Dr F&S.

I took my skimmer out! Now I have 1 big 29g fuge with rock a DSB and macro algae. Works like a champeen.

I also have a CPR Aquafuge. I have this one on my 75g frag tank and love it!

My only complaint is it throws bubbles in the display. I need to find a mod to take care of it, I'm sure it's an easy fix. But, I love it and have never had any problems with it, it's built solid.

If you don't have the length/width for a sump perhaps you have the height to do something like pictured....

Stock pump. The built in bubble trap works great, my problem is the bubbles it creates as it goes through the return pvc.
