someone to repair an aquapod hood

does anybody know how to repair the light and fan? i have one light that turns on only. no second light (its not the bulb i switched to make sure) no fan and no led. tried to put new ballast dont knoe if i did it right. if some one knows how to repair these things i would gladly pay for it. or if u have a stock working hood id buy it.

any help?
