Quick plumbing question

I would put one on both more control and if you need to do any changes to the fuge you can without having to shutdown the system, also the same for the main tank on the return line if you have to trottle back the return you can do so, and direct the flow back into the fuge for added flow. as they say better have and not need than need and not have like 4wheel drive

one more question. how big do I need to drill the holes in the caps on top of the Ts on my drain pipes coming out of my bulkheads?

Start out with like 3/16" and if need bigger, you go bigger. I use 3/16" on my 2" pipe.
