I may have gotten an exceptional deal when I found it for $180, so I'm sorry if I set your pricing expectations low. You'll probably have a hard time finding a decent camera with sufficient manual settings for under $200... $225 is probably more like it.
Canon has a nice A2000 model (without many manual features) for around $160 at Dell, but you'll probably want additional manual controls at some point.
If you are in no hurry, you can probably wait and save a little money otherwise you might have to pay a little more.
