Emailed Hydor after dropping one of the white washers from a Koralia 3 down the sink while cleaning (after reading on RC to be careful about this),received a free replacement in the mail.I had inquired about where to buy replacement parts and was told since it's not a big deal they would just send a free replacement.........WOW,anything free these days is awesome.Great customer service!!!!!!!
