they need to cut ginobili loose, they pay him too much to ride the pine which seems to be all he does

i think the spurs have quite a few bad seasons ahead of them if they dont make drastic changes

    I agree, on both points.

I have a feeling we will see some drastic changes this off season.

i am spurs through and through, i bleed silver, i spit black.....the reason you're not hearing much, at least out of me, and i think out of alot of other diehards is that it hurts.....it hurts bad....losing.....never is fun....

and ..ye of little faith...ginoboli was hurt, that was why he was riding the pine.....injuries happen, they will let him come back and see if he can produce in similar fashion to other years before trading him, if he can't, then ya, i could see that happening.....that sucks too because he is awesome to watch when he is healthy .....for now, knock on wood, cross your fingers, win 3 in a row

Nah, the Spurs are too much like the Cowboys, nothing major will happen. They will write off this season to the injury excuse and come back with the same players next year, maybe swapping 3 of the bench guys, but that will be it. While it might be good to trade Ginobli for a couple younger guys for the future, his injuries this season make him damaged goods. If he had come back at the end of the season and played a few games then maybe, but not now.

While Ginobli being out and Tim not being at 100% have hurt the team, they have enough players with talent to win. Unfortunately, they show the usual inconsistancy that the Spurs are famous for. Also, like others, I have to question Pop's rotations at times and wonder why certain players that did well earlier in the year now get very little, if any, playing time. I'm also frustrated that when Tim is not 100% and when Pop is not riding Parker's butt to drive to the basket, the Spurs live AND DIE by the 3 point shot.

While I'm not happy with this season/playoffs,but I would rather have a team of classy people than some of the trouble makers/thugs that are prominent in sports these days.Injuries and age caught up with us this year, but we still have the best organization in pro sports.
