I saw the picture in your 28 bowfront thread of the anemone/clown underneath the return just get a credit card and gently peel its foot off and encourage it to move somewhere else. It takes time for them to acclimate to lights and a new home. What size is that powerhead? You may need to play with the direction, it could very well not like your flow. From my experience they do not like alot of turbulant areas but like a gentle back and forth.

how long has the tank been setup? anemones can be tricky and typically dont do well unless the tank is at least 6 months old and very stable. also, the maroon clown is one of the toughest on its host. at 4", that clownfish may be too big for that anemone. typically it is reccommended that the anemone be at least twice as big in diameter as the clown is in length. i would not try to move the anemone if i were you, it will find the spot it likes based on flow and lighting.
