    Default Random Zoo Pics

man its alot harder then it looks to take pics. about half of my pics didn't come out good because i was shaking or moving.
Also can someone help me out, while i was at the zoo i tried taking pics of the animals behind cages but i could focus on them the cam would only focus on the gate.

and here is an example of the problem i was having with the gate

What kind of camera are you using? Usually, focusing through a fence is easier when manually focusing if that is an option.

If you were using Multi-Point AF, try Flexible Spot AF or Monitoring AF instead. Looks like your camera supports 3 modes of auto focus. Mulit-Point would make the choice of what is focused for you, Flexible Spot allows you to decide where the focus point should be in the picture. Monitoring would be good for focusing on something that may be moving, squirmy kids, pets, etc where you may need to track movement before taking the photo.

Looks like your camera also has Image Stabilization. This would be good to use to help with the shaking and moving.

Sorry. Not trying to say you didn't just commenting on what you said you had difficulty with shaking and moving. It is a nice feature.
