Generally, it is recommended that the diameter of the anemone is at least 3 times the length of the fish. Your BTA may be a little too small for the two clowns. Just observe them and separate the clown if it have negative impact on the anemone. You can get a strawberry type basket and put it over the anemone if you need to protect it from the clowns until it grew a little bigger and/or settle in. If the clown seem OK with the fish then don't worry about it. Put another anemone into the tank does not mean that the clowns will be in both.
