    ummm yeah, salt water is a must..

    LOL.....SALT IN THE WATER = MICROBUBBLES IN THE SKIMMER .... WISH I HAD DONE THIS PRIOR TO BUYING A NEW PUMP FOR IT.. OH WELL GUESS I AM LEFT WITH AN EXTRA PUMP...

    texmexbigspring...thank you sir very much sir and to those who helped out in giving me suggestions. well now to the next step in getting it ready for set up, now that i have learned to take pics and paste them in the thread i might start a build thread for my 210gal....

    Hey, no problem Ricky. I did the same thing when I was testing my skimmer and thought it was messed up for sure. I think setting up a build thread would be a good idea. If you ever have a doubt about something just post it and I am sure somebody will have some info to help you out. Good luck
