Shy skunk clowns
I have 2 skunk clown which ive had for almost 2 weeks but they always hide behind my rock the only time they come out is for feeding and thats just for a couple seconds. Any ideas why, didnt think skunk clowns where this shy. thanks

all fish are shy when going to a new tank so its not that unusual. i've had fish i hadn't seen out of the rock for almost a month and are doing fine. since they are eating count that as a blessing.

Anything for the skunk clowns to host in? That might make them feel more comfortable and safe. Also any predators or other fish that could be picking on or chasing them?

just a ? Do u hear ur skunk make the click sound. I want to get a pair for my long tent'. I read that they would make that sound. what kind of skunk do u have?

we had a pinktail trigger, took him 5 weeks before he would swim around in the open, non feeding times

thanks everyone, its a pair of pink skunk clowns, i might just be a bit impatient. I want to see them swimming around already
