Live rock and sand.

This rock is old! I think it has been in tanks for 10+ years. It is really light and really porous. I would like to move it while it is alive.

44g brute trash can, full, probably 200-300lbs. $4 per lb.

I also have 30-40g by volume of live sand. Sugar fine, coral sand. $1 per lb.
