We understand your frustration with the shipping charges. Please consider our apologies and this brief explanation. The recent winter conditions have forced us to bulk up insulation and heating packs in all our packages shipping north of Texas. The increased insulation also drove up the overall dry weight of the package and our overall insulation costs. For us to maintain a sound business we've had to compensate for the additional costs by instating shipping costs.
However, your complaint has not gone unnoticed. We are currently considering the feasibility of bringing back the free shipping option.
We sincerely thank you for your feedback. Please check back soon for an update.
