Go on Reef Central. Read current and past Tank of The Month threads to see what they use. You will start to see many of the same products over and over.....there's a reason and it's not that they all want to spend a bunch of money.

I'd worry more about your skimmer, lights, tank temp, and water parameters than exactly how you get your flow.
