Default New Corals headed this way too

Being that we cant get anything local, I went ahead and placed an order with liveaquaria for some nice little acro colonies. Here's is what i got:

    Acropora Parilis

Acropora Gemiffera (one of my all time favs)

    Acropora Humilis

Actually this last one is actually an A. Samoensis, but my humilis looks just like it.. THe only difference is that the branches on the humilis species are thicker.

    I'll post pics this weekend

My next purchase will be a rose millepora to add more color diversity and a royal tenius. I really wanted the tenius but someone beat me to it.

I like your choices. Can't wait to see pictures of the actual corals you receive.

Hey Todd, i was very tempted in getting taht vermeculata. Those are some of the boldest colors i have ever seen, they resemble a tort. If I hadnt seen the name of the coral i would have tought that is was a Tenius. I cant tell the difference. That one is def in my plans for next time.

It's a very rare coral and super sweet. More people wanted frags of it than about anything else. It is a slower grower and the frags especially take a LONG time. You should grab it as you are unlikely to see one very often.

I should have, but i had already placed the order by the time you told me. Didnt know it was that rare, it was a nice size piece too. Gotta wait until i get my income tax return, hopefully it will still be there. I have been looking at the Turaki, but its tough to find and they are super expensive. Back when you guys got it it wasnt that expensive and it was a nice size frag too.

Yeah, the Turaki's ship like you know what though. Brian and I went throug SEVERAL before any made it.

    But they are nice.

The A. V. is hardy too.
