TPWD is airing the fourth in a series of documentaries on water on Thursday, Feb 12 at 8 pm on PBS stations across the state. This one will cover the science and policy of instream flows and freshwater inflows to bays and estuaries (environmental flows) and all that Texas is up to concerning the balance between meeting human demands (conservation, water planning and development projects) and the needs of the environment (THE Science and policies of protecting flows).
