    Thanks!

It took awhile, but I found a way to stack them that was pleasing to me. I originally was going to use acrylic rod and drill the rock but I felt I was limited to the design I could create. Instead, I sprayed foam where the rocks met. This hold them together well. If I wanted, I could pick up the entire structure as one piece.

    Clearer tank pics.

Notice the flat tops. Great for gluing some stonies. The coral skeleton on the right side will make a perfect holding dish for a clam. I designed this layout with three coves.

On a side note, I feel a fever coming on. Not even 24 hours setup and I want some frags, lol.

Let me know what you think.

The Finnex skimmer is crazy. I have so many micro bubbles, my tank looks as if it is milky. No foam in the collection cup either.

What's up with this Finnex skimmer?
Anyone know if there is a break in period on skimmers?

skimmers in general , yes, but I can't say for sure about yours. can you reduce the amount of air going into the skimmer?

There is no kind of adjustment knob on the air tubing. See Pictures.

Thanks Tater. Specialized stuff in there, no telling where I got it! The rock structure looks better in person as do most pictures.

My tank is currently a haven for bubbles. I did email Finnex and they said this is normal first the first week or two.

On a funny side note, after measuring my salinity with my newly returned refractometer, I realized I added too much salt. My SG was at about 1.032 ouch!
