    is there still free shipping with the additional charge of 4.50 for packaging, chilling, and insulation?

    It depends on where it is going. Anything withing 1,000 miles of San Antonio is shipped free.

    how do you choose the free shipping option, or is that not going on right now? i know i dont live more than 300 miles from San Antonio
