The Board, and they present it at a meeting with the P and VP and make a decission on it and assign responsibilities. I think it is in good hands now...Eve has taken notes of it. Of course in earlier posts you had the P and VP responding as if it was going to happen...then it just died..so I guess this would be the next step for implementing it since nothing ever happened.

Or you could continue in the way that you were...but that didn't really work out, so....

several small carpools would work. The drivers could contact the person showing the tank to make sure the carpool before them has left. You could plan on spending an alotted amount of time at each house, with time for the owner to breathe inbetween carpools.

"Go big or go home!" LOL.

MAAST could sponsor this and rent a small bus or large Van depending on the number of people interested in showing and or viewing, this way even the people showing their tank could still come on the trip to view the other tanks.

Maybe every 6 months or annually it's a new city, depending on how many tanks there are for viewing.

Or maybe we have a separate forum that people volunteer viewings of their tank. Once a month a new tank is featured and one day or two of that month it's open for viewing and everyone stops by on their own throughout the day or maybe a 4 hour period.

Just throwing some ideas out there.

    Default cool ideas.

I know my way wasn’t working well... lol I think it will be awesome. My tank isn’t great but I would love to have people look who appreciate the work it took to get to this state.

To make things simpler, I will start another thread and we will get volunteers to show their tank. We will set it up for Mid-February. We can divide it by East and West and do it a week apart...East Tour and West Tour. We can determine a starting point and go from there.
