Talking My new Square Anthias pair...

I just got these Wednesday evening from Edward (EdAquatics). They are super active and not like any other Squareback Anthias I have kept in the past which were very timid and shy. The male eats like a champ but I haven't seen the female eat yet...she scatters to the caves and I think she's getting some but I'm not sure.

    Anthias Shot: ("The Honeymooners")

Anthias Vid: (you can hear my son in the background...video quality is poor but you can see the pretty colors swimming around! ; ) )

Looks good Rob. I've always liked Anthias but never had a chance to get some, but hopefully Ed will get me some bicolor Anthias.

    Thanks for the comments guys.

The female has settled in now and they are both out all the time...and both are eating like champs...they eat anything I throw in except flakes.

Thanks Kevin...the male is absolutely beautiful, he has some really nice markings and intense color, more so than any of the other males I have had in the past.

Post some pics when you get the sunburst.

Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...
