34 Gallon RedSea MAX Tank

I purchased a used 34 Galllon RedSea Max tank for my office and on closer inspection noticed that the back glass had a crack on the top left side of the tank that had been patched with sylicone. The tank was not leaking when I saw it but it did have salt creep where the patch is made. I don't trust this tank to put it in my office and I'm not going to sell it like the person that sold it to me without disclosing the crack. The tank also has some scratches in the front of the tank but from what I read these can be buffed out even though it is glass. The tank comes with 2 x 55 watt power compacts, red sea prizm skimmer with pump, heater, power center, return pump, etc. Tank retails for close to $600 and I paid $300 for it. Will sell it for $250 which I believe is a decent price considering it has all the components.
