That's what i feed my tangs with, and they like it alot. It looks like spaghetti once it it the water. It has no expiration date as long as you keep it in a unpoen bag. I paid $.99 for the whole bag at the Asian market and it should last for the whole month between my 4 tangs and other fishes too.
