Messy Tank attack?

I just cleaned my tank completely not even a week ago and I'm already getting an accumulation of detrious and diatoms. The tank has been up for roughly 3 months, but would it have reset the cycle if I had changed a lot of the water and stirred up everything? I have "dust" accumulating on everything, and hairy like white fuzz starting to rise. I'm almost positive its not bryopsis as I took every measure to destroy it and its not the same. I have decent flow (like 30x the volume) and filter floss in the back chamber. I have a skimmer and a fuge.

stirring up the sand all at once may release a lot of detrious into the water and start a cycle again. i might be wrong though.
