    Default particles in water

    My tank water seems to always have particles floating around in it. What could this be. I do frequent water changes and water quality is good.

    How could I remove this?

    raise your powerhead up higher in your tank if you have one

    its not the power head as that is up near the top. The wave box is also up high

    You could put some filter socks on your overflows, they will help catch those particles. Do you know what those particles are? It could be small particles of sand, if so you would need to adjust your powerheads so as to keep this from occurring. You have a wave box as well? It is possible that you have spots where the flow patterns intersect causing this. What size tank, and how many powerheads? What type of powerheads?
