Default Replacement shaft for Sicce pump

My ceramic shaft for my Sicce pump on my Octopus Extreme broke when I was taking it apart. Does anyone know where to get a stainless shaft to replace these cheesy ceramic ones or would that be a problem with the magnet. I really hate these ceramic shafts for that reason or is there anyone local that carries them?

    Thanks

Hobby Town has some carbon tubing that would work until you find some stainless. True stainless isnt magnetic so shouldnt be a problem.

Thanks, I was thinking as long as it's true stainless it should be fine since that's what I have on my Maxijet mods. Just need to find a place that sells it. I'll check the hobby stores down here and see if they have the right size.

Please let me know if you find a stainless steel rod that works. I would like to change mine out for the stainless steel. I also have one of the Sicce pumps.

Will do. I have the broken one working at the moment but I'm sure it won't last forever that way. I've had one break before and depending on the break location the last one worked for months.

If I do find something I'm sure it'll be long and I can send you a section. I'll PM if I find some.
